Stop 4: New Orleans

After a 10 hour car ride we arrived in New Orleans at Midnight (the car ride was awful). We spent the next day with Uncle Lou in the French Quarter. We stopped at two of the places Adam from the show Man vs. Food stopped at: Acme Oyster house where he ate 15 dozen oysters and Cafe' du Monde a popular cafe which serves beignets which are like French donuts.

    We drove through 4 states, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Louisiana and part of North Carolina, with barley any foot room and it took 10 hours.I wish I had Packed lighter.

    Driving home from Aunt Amanda's which is only 3 hours, the boys & I agreed you all were in for a very long trip. Hang in there! Remember this will all seem hilarious when you're telling stories in Chincoteague.
