CA -Sierra Madre and Glendale skatepark

This weekend we hiked up Mount Wilson to Orchard camp, 4 miles each way. At Orchard camp we saw a 1,500 year old oak tree.  We also got ice cream from the Moo Moo creamery, which is owned by a friend of a friend. I got salty chocolate and vanilla, it was great! We also went to the Glendale skateboard park, a cool skateboard park with lots of cement bowls.

    How hot is it there? Typical, Philly it went from 1 wk of spring to excessive heat warnings this weekend.

      80s to 90s, in Santa Monica it's only in the 70s though.

      Yes, we brought a skateboard, ripstick and scooter with us.
